• a surprising and welcome event that is not explicable by natural or scientific laws and is therefore considered to be the work of a divine agency.
• a highly improbable or extraordinary event, development, or accomplishment that brings very welcome consequences. 
• an amazing product or achievement, or an outstanding example of something.

Dictionary.com definition of Miracle:

• an effect or extraordinary event in the physical world that surpasses all know human or natural powers and is ascribed to a supernatural cause.
• such an effect or event manifesting or considered as a work of God.
• a wonder; marvel. 

Merriam-Webster definition of Miracle: 

• an extraordinary event manifesting divine intervention in human affairs
• an extremely outstanding or unusual event, thing, or accomplishment

There is no earthly explanation for the miraculous events that transpired between Jane E. Wolfe and myself; it can only be described as the Sovereign Hand of God working in a miraculous way. There really is no other explanation. The pertinent words Jane spoke at pivotal times and the prayers of blessing and encouragement she prayed over my life cannot be explained away naturally. 

For sixteen months God used Jane, His faithful servant, to unexpectedly minister to both myself and my husband during an especially difficult crisis period in our lives. God used my encounter with Jane to bless us with His Truth. These new truths deepened our faith in Him and forever changed our lives. We learned what appeared to be a trial time in our life was actually an amazing trail—an opportunity to follow Him on His footpath. We learned to fully embrace this truth: we are NOT the victims of a vicious and vile lawsuit; we are the recipients of a Blessed Event.

The amazing events which took place between January of 2007 and May of 2008 were truly extraordinary and highly improbable. What transpired was not something I went looking for or manufactured. It was totally unexpected, shocking and awe-inspiring. It can only be described as "divine intervention in human affairs"; the Sovereign Hand of God working in a miraculous way.  

From all outward appearances it looked as if Jane had regrettably far outlived the usefulness of her body and mind. But, while Jane's body and mind had completely failed her, Jane's spirit was alive and well. Because of Jane's lifetime of faithfulness, it was not yet time for Jane's earthly journey to end. God was scripting a plan, and it involved his faithful servant Jane. 

God chose to use Jane's surrendered spirit to accomplish the humanly impossible—for HIS greater purpose.
